Possibility to set this page to view specific items through a sorting and thus have forced a particular entry, allowing you eg to split the site into several parts:

• Sorting on the type of ad: sales, rent, barter
• Sorting on the category of ads, according to your categories to you, ex: cars, truck, bikes .....
